The Riga Business Chamber (RBC) is a strategic membership organization founded on September 21, 2017, by 24 entrepreneurs in Riga, Latvia. Today the Chamber unites over 230 member companies operating across 46+ international markets, making it one of Latvia's most connected executive-level business networks. Members include C-level executives, board members, and founders who engage through structured monthly networking, thematic business events, and export programs. The Chamber provides six core services: networking and contacts, business advocacy at municipal and governmental levels, export support from market selection to first orders, competitiveness development through training and consulting, public relations, and market intelligence. The B2B Academy is an intensive 7-week consultative sales training program led by Gatis Silakaktiņš, Board Chairman of Riga Business Chamber, with over 23 years of business development experience. The program is built on the proven SPIN selling methodology — a structured questioning framework that helps salespeople uncover real client needs and close complex B2B deals. Participants combine theory with live practice on their own client cases throughout the program. Each cohort is limited to 12 participants, ensuring individualized mentoring and peer feedback. Graduates receive professional certification and gain access to the B2B Classic alumni network.
